This expedition will reduce pollution and carbon emissions by walking when possible.

• At 9.00 AM, your guide will meet you at Subway MRT Sam Yot Station (Exit 3). Afterward, your guide will lead you to visit Wat Ratchabophit, where the temple of King Rama V reigns. Here you can see the beauty of buildings, combining Thai and Western architecture designs.

• Next, we will walk through the morning market, where you can see the liveliness of the people and vendors. Let's try some snacks and drinks at the market as well. Then we will visit Wat Suthat Thepwararam, which was built during the reign of King Rama I, and there is also a famous mural painting about the demon. Moreover, you will learn how to pay respect to the Buddha image and learn to make merit by monk's offering as well.

• After that, we will do the Buddhist activities at Wat Theptidaram by starting with meditation for 15 minutes, then learn more about the Buddhist way of life by monk chatting.

• The last stop will be at a local café, where you can have coffee, tea, and snacks before returning to the meeting point around noon.
