KHAOSOK UNTOUCHED NATURE

This expedition supports local people and Rajjapraba Dam. It's considered a major dam in the south of Thailand. It was built under the National Economic and Social Development Plan for water source development and power generation. It is used for multiple purposes such as irrigation, fishery, electricity generation and tourism.

• DAY1: KhaoSok Arrival (-/-/D)

We will pick you up at Surat Thani Airport to transfer you at Khaosok National Park. We will bring you to Khaosok Jungle Resort to process of the check in.

You will witness a mesmerizing landscape with limestone mountains rising sharply above the untouched forests. This 20 million years jungle is home to a vast variety of flora and fauna species. This place is perfect for relaxation and practice sport such as hiking.

In the afternoon, you will join a local community group for a canoe trip. This calm trip will lead you to a place full of limestones cliffs, before taking a break with your local guides. You will love drinking your coffee or tea into a handmade bamboo cup. After this, you will learn how local people and guides conserve the local environment through different techniques.

In the evening, you will return to the jungle resort to enjoy a meal in their restaurant, before sleeping in one of their beautiful room.

• DAY2: KhaoSok Lake Bungalow (B/L/D)

In the morning, enjoy your breakfast before going to Cheow Lan Lake. We will process of the check in at your accommodation in the park before boarding on a long tail boat with your guide. You will visit Gui Lin Scenic area and will be able to swim, relax yourself and take beautiful pictures.

For the lunch, you will eat inside a local raft house.

Then, your guide will show you hidden trails in the jungle. He will teach you about the plant species, the fauna, and depends on your guide, you will visit Bang Hoi Waterfall or Diamond Cave.

After this, you will board your long tail boat for an evening safari. You will then head back to your private raft house, to take your dinner and enjoy a peaceful night.

• DAY3: KhaoSok Lake Bungalow (B/L/D)

You will take your breakfast in your raft house before enjoy some free time for swimming, kayaking, reading, etc. For the lunch, you will have it in your raft house.

For the afternoon, we will do a 4-hour trail inside the world's oldest forest. Take this opportunity to learn more about the biodiversity there.

In the evening, you will take your dinner in your raft house before enjoying a relaxing night.

• DAY4: Lake Departure (B/-/-)

In the early morning, you will go on a boat safari. Catch the mist drifting along the water while searching for the wildlife.

You will come back to take your breakfast in your raft house before checking out at 10:00am.

We will then head you to Surat Thani Airport.
