Your guide will meet you at subway MRT Blue Line, Itsaraphap Station, exit 1 on street level. Then we will lead you to visit the first stop, the King Taksin shrine, the first shrine in Thailand that created to commemorate King Taksin who was the only king of the Thonburi Era.
After that, we will walk through the Kudeekhao community, where you can see the Thai temple called Wat Hong Rattanaram, built in Ayutthaya period. You can also see Ton Son mosque, the oldest mosque in Bangkok!
Next, we will continue walking to Wat Kanlayanamit, one of the oldest temples in Thonburi, built at the beginning of the Rattanakosin Era. You can see the beauty of Thai-Chinese architecture, and the biggest Buddha image of Thailand is here!
Afterward, we will visit the Kian Un Keng shrine, and the Chinese Hokkien shrine, located at Chao Phraya riverside. You can see the brilliant architecture in Hokkien style that decorated by the wood-carving, which is the unique style of Hokkien art.
And then, we will walk to visit the Kudee Jeen community, the only Portuguese community in Bangkok. Here you can see the beautiful church, architectured in neoclassic and renaissance styles. After that, we will take a break and drink some coffee or soft drink at the Kudee Jeen museum, shows the Portuguese history in Thailand.
Afterward, we will go to visit Wat Prayurawong Sawat Worawihan, a.k.a Wat Prayun. The temple was built during the reign of King Rama III of Rattanakosin Kingdom. You can see the grandeur of the white stupa that contains the buddha’s relic, and this stupa received the UNESCO Cultural Heritage Conservation Award of Excellence in 2013.
Then, we will drop you off at Subway MRT Blue Line, Sanam Chai Station by noon - 1 P.M.
