Kanchanaburi also has more activities for the family to spend the quality time together as the following itinerary.
Day1: Kanchanaburi Arrival (-/L/-)
Pick up from Bangkok airport or hotel (pick up time # 9.00 AM).
Then transfer you to Kanchanaburi province by private air-conditioned vehicle (approximately 3 hours drive). You will be lead to the local village where simply live in an agricultural society. Experience farmer’s truck riding around the village to visit rice field, palm groves and have a chance to cook local Thai dessert called “Kha Nom Tan” or streamed palm cake with local people. The farmer truck will bring you to see traditional farmer’s fabric “Pa Khao Ma” weaving demonstration, this is the famous local product in Thailand.
Local lunch will be served in the local restaurant in the village.
Afterwards, transfer to your hotel in late afternoon.

In the evening, your local guide will bring you to River Kwai bridge and take a boat trip along the River Kwai before sunset.
Then return to the hotel in the evening.
Day2: Kanchanaburi (-/L/-)
In the morning, pick up at your hotel and lead you to the Elephant World foundation where you will be the volunteer and learn about the elephant’s behavior, experience to walk with an elephant or cook food for them.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, drive up to Sai Yok district and take short riding on the boat to hot spring pool. You can enjoy the selective of difference 15 hot spring pools with difference Thai herbal essences.
Then return to your hotel in the evening.
Day3: Kanchanaburi Departure (-/L/-)
In the morning, pick up at your hotel and lead you to Erawan National Park where is the located of the most famous and beautiful waterfall in Thailand. Imagine an emerald waterfall with seven levels running through the jungle. Each level of the waterfall has a natural swimming pool which you can access via a small jungle trail.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afterwards, visit Tham Suea temple on the way return to Bangkok. The temple is located of impressive Buddha statue and chedi on the top of a hill and the viewpoint of Kanchanaburi town.
Then return and drop you off at the hotel in Bangkok.
This program will be a part that could be generated community economy to ensure that every travelers' spending goes to support local people and reducing rural-urban migration at the local village. The traveler will support the environmental Conservation Organization that cares for domestic elephants.
