Must try! 4 local dishes at Nan

If you are in between of traveling to Nan, and you have the idea of trying Nan's local dishes there and you don't know what to try let's check out this article to see what menu of local food that you should order in the restaurant.

#1 Gang Som Meung (Spicy-sour soup)

Mix all the soup ingredients then boil in the water after that put the fish until water boil again, seasoning with a bit of lime or tamarind juice to make this soup taste sour. Put vegetables that have prepared for the last step.

#2 Gang Kae (Mixed local vegetable)

Mix all the soup ingredients leave it chill and grill the meat that has prepared for a little bit then mix with all the soup ingredients. Stir until smell the tasty and put water, cook until boil. Then put all the vegetables that have prepared for the last step. The taste will be a bit salty.

The popular menu of all restaurants in Nan.

Pound the Sichuan pepper and mix with chicken meat put sauce for seasoning after that deep fry the chicken until done.
